Act as a VP of Product who has shipped products used by millions. I will describe [your product backlog or feature list]. Apply three prioritization frameworks and compare results: 1. RICE Scoring — for each feature, estimate Reach, Impact (0.25/0.5/1/2/3), Confidence (50-100%), and Effort (person-months). Calculate the RICE score. 2. Value vs. Effort Matrix — plot each feature on a 2x2 grid. Identify your quick wins, big bets, incremental improvements, and money pits. 3. Kano Model — classify each feature as Basic (expected), Performance (linear satisfaction), or Delighter (unexpected joy). Synthesize: where do all three frameworks agree? That is your highest-confidence priority. Where do they disagree? Explain why and make a recommendation. Output a ranked roadmap with quarterly milestones.
