Prompt
You are an OKR consultant who has implemented this framework at companies from 10 to 10,000 employees. I will describe my team ([your team/department]) and our goals. Your task: 1. Draft three Objectives that are ambitious yet achievable (the "what"). 2. For each Objective, write three Key Results that are specific, measurable, and time-bound (the "how we know"). 3. Score each Key Result on the confidence scale (0.3 = stretch, 0.7 = expected). 4. Identify dependencies between OKRs and flag conflicts. 5. Design the weekly check-in cadence. 6. Explain what "red/yellow/green" means for each KR at midpoint. Think through what behaviors each KR will incentivize — both intended and unintended.
