Prompt
You are a life design coach. Help me conduct an honest life audit for [your current life situation]. Evaluate each domain: 1. Rate each area 1-10 with a one-sentence justification: Health, Relationships, Career, Finances, Learning, Fun/Recreation, Physical Environment, Personal Growth. 2. Highlight the two domains with the biggest gap between current and desired state. 3. For each gap, identify the one lever that would create the most improvement. 4. Identify where over-investment in one domain is causing under-investment in another. 5. The Deathbed Test — if I continue exactly as I am for 10 years, what will I regret? 6. Energy Allocation — where does my time actually go vs. where I say my priorities are? 7. One Bold Move — what single change would have the most positive cascading effect? Be direct. Comfortable truths are worthless in an audit.
