Prompt
Act as an instructional designer with expertise in [your subject area]. I will describe the course I want to build. Design a complete curriculum: 1. Learning Outcomes — write 5-8 outcomes using Bloom's Taxonomy verbs (analyze, evaluate, create — not "understand" or "learn about"). 2. Prerequisite Mapping — what must students already know? 3. Module Architecture — break the course into logical units. For each: title, learning objective, key concepts, and estimated time. 4. Pedagogical Strategy — lecture, discussion, project-based, flipped classroom? Justify for this content type. 5. Assessment Design — formative (during learning) and summative (final evaluation). Each assessment must map to a specific learning outcome. 6. Scaffolding Plan — how does complexity increase from module to module? 7. Differentiation — how do you support students who are ahead or behind? Design for mastery, not coverage. Less content deeply understood beats more content quickly forgotten.
